Question for Holley 58mm TB owners....

Does your cable stop fit nicely in the opening on the Holley 58mm?? Mine is looser than it seems like it should be when I tried to install this weekend. The Holley hole is .250" and the cable stop is .225". It's enough to allow the stop to move around in there and get lodged kind of sideways in there vs. staying completely horizontal like it did on my stock TB and the Edelbrock 52mm I just took off. This bugs me enough to exchange it for a different brand, but I sure like the look of the Holley. I would appreciate any input you may have!

Thanks

Yep, mine fits loosely. Been on there for about 6 months and has not been an issue....

Just curious: Everyone says they really like the look of the Holley. And there have been some issues with the Holleys----according to a few members here. I'm curious as to why it makes a difference in how they look
when you can't really see them when you have them installed.

What part of the Holley looks so good that you can see it after it is installed?
