Question for guys with 9 inch rears...

Did you have to shorten the driveshaft?

I've got a LPE aluminum driveshaft; no change in length from the stock rear to my Moser 9".

No, stock length was perfect for me... NOTE! There are two sizes of pinion yokes for the 9" - one is about 1" longer the other one. If you have the "short" pinion yoke, your stock driveshaft will be the correct length. The longer yoke will require a 1" shorter driveshaft, of course.
