Does anyone know how many grounds are on the car, inside and out???
And where they might be?
I think were missing a ground somewhere.
We found 3 under the dash and I think 6 in the engine bay not including the battery grounds.
Maybe someone can direct me to a diagram or something.

7 in the engine bay.

RH shock tower
LH side of radiator support
RH side of radiator support
right side of engine near the AC compressor
Left frame rail to engine
Left front cylinder head
Right side of block above the starter.

7 inside the body

base of LH A pillar
Base of RH A pillar
Floor pan under console
Floor pan LH rocker panel
roof left of dome light
Rh wheel well
hatch release bracket

 

Whats/where is the frame rail exactly? I don't think mine has that ground (looks like it was moved to the same place as my ICM...)

 

There is a braided groung strap from the coil mounting stud to the frame rail.

 

Oops, k got it for some reason i was thinking he was referring to a rail on the block.

 

Ok what we have came down to is the BODY CONTROL MODULE.
For some reason it's not grounded and is connected to the interior lights, theft deterent, stereo, trunk release, accesories, ect......
anyone have any idea what im talking about or can translate it any better????
