What is a good trouble code retrieval for OBD-2 cars??? I have a 97 WS6 and I would like to read my trouble codes. I know the LT1 scanmaster works for 93-96 OBD-1 cars but what can I get? Thanks for the help!

autozone probably has the cheapest obd2 scanner around, 80 bucks, it reads and erases obd2 codes on any 96 or above car, but doesnt give descriptions

u can call autozone and they can give u a description of any obd code (1 and 2)

 

Cheapest OBDII CODE READER, not scan tool, I've seen is sold by Harbor Freight Tools. Under $50.
