I had my tranny rebuilt but drained the fluid from it first (dropped the pan). If my builder put new parts in would that mean he had to flush it to do so? How many quarts should I have to put back in. He never said anything about flushing it but I can't get in contact with him right now.

 

If it was rebuilt.....all the oil was drained. Just did mine along with my motor a few months ago and it took 12 quarts to fill it.
