would it be bad if I installed a LT4 hotcam without changing the RR's or is that a must?

 

I dont think it is a must but you are not gonna get much power out of it unless you do the 1.6's... just buy the kit, comes with valvesprings and rr's...... Your going to have to take the rockers off anyway when doing the cam install so why not replace them. Stamped steel sucks.
