Talking question about fuel presure

im installing 30lb injectors an adjustable fuel pressure reg. an 255 lph fuel pump and msd 6al with a three step,also throwing turbo 400 with trans brake 3500 stall,12 bolt rear with 4.11s.I have this done already comp cam,1.6 full roller rockers,.600 lift valve springs,twin 58 mm tb,ported n polished intake,electric w/p,long tube headers,pcm tuned by pcm4less,should it stay the same or do i need to raise it just wondering.thanks for any help

You might want to include whether you have a speed density or MAF tune, but your 30 lb injectors should have been rated at a certain psi and that probably is 43.5 (stock for an LT1).

everybody said to take it out does it make that much differance if its n or out idk thats only reason i ask

Descreening the MAF is a far more accepted practice than porting it. The screen promotes laminar flow over the heated MAF elements and also provides additional protection for it. If the screen is in good shape, put it back in as it's not a hindrance to performance. If not, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

FWIW, I've been running the same descreened MAF for 10 years.

ya screen is fine i'll put it back n thanks for the answer to that question.now as far as fuel pressure shoebox was say n that as long as its at 43 psi i should b ok with 30lb injectors.then just have ecm retuned for them.by the way thanks 4 the list of stuff u did to ur ta and the video is sweet sounds bad a??

Save some cash and reuse the stock regulator.

so its not really needed at this point n my little motor life rite now lol thanks for all the advise really greatful for it.ill put that money some where else

It's almost never needed in ANY motor to be honest, and is one of the most misunderstood and misused modifications. Even on high HP builds the stock regulator is plenty.

thanks 4 ur n put ramair95ta definetly listening to ur advivce cause ur ride is sick an one day i'll get mine running that good.real world experiance is way better to listen to versus some one that dont have ne thing but trys to tell what u need or what ur doing wrong thanks again
