Just bought a camaro z28 roller with 4:10 GEARS. Engine help!!

I wanted to know if i should go with a carb ls1 or carb 6.0? Any suggestions!!! I BOUGHT A 400 TURBO TRANS FOR THE CAR ALREADY!

Why the hell would you want to put a carb on anything? Second. Why not put the engine intended for the car. If its an ls1 car then put that in it. A 6.0 depending on what it came out of would be the deal breaker. Possibly some details about what year the car is.

MOSTLY STRIP maybe ill drive it on the street sometimes..Im going with a 400 turbo tranny with a 3500 stall...(Injuneer) whats your best suggestion? Its a 97

IMO you need to do some serious searching to determine what is possible, and what you want out of the car. Establish some goals (HP/ET, etc.) and a long-term budget, then determine whether or not converting to an LS-based motor is worth it to you or not.
