Put the 383 back together, and i have a miss on the dyno

Well i had some issues where i thought i blew a headgasket again, and i didnt, which means i took the car apart for nothing. Anyways, i put it back together, and decided to put it on the dyno to see if the tune ion re-did for me made any improvements. Well the car made 384hp/385tq but it's breaking up real bad. I dont notice it on the street, and did a 4th gear pull to redline, and i dont notice it. But last dyno i did last year made less hp and tq, but it wasnt breaking up like this. So i know the tune ion re-did after my dyno session last year is working. Im going to adjust the rockers again tomorrow, i have sealed powers from discount auto that i've been running since i put the motor together last yea, i adjust them 1/4 past 0. Im going to pull the plugs also. Here's the sheet from last year, and the sheet from this year is right below it first one max is 386hp/370tq, this year's is 384hp/385tq. Mods are in sig.

Id say that it is definately spark related. Check for a burned wire and check the gap on the plugs. Maybe the spark is blowing out now that your tune is more lean.

My friend put his scan master on it today, it's pulling 4 degrees up top. I looked at my tables that ion did, and the max allowed is 4 degrees.

If it is pulling timing you may have either some detonation or false knock. Do you have a LT4 chip in the computer?

Yea, it has an lt4 knock module. Im readjusting rockers, fixing exhaust leaks, and anything else that might be causing false knock. I pulled the plugs however, and they look like this, they are TR6's gapped at .035. I dont understand how they can be all white like that if the dyno is showing a perfect WOT afr, maybe the cruise afr is off?
