which pushrods do i have/need?

which pushrods do i have/need?

i busted a spring on my 210cc AFR heads, and was wondering how to tell which pushrods i need since the one might be bent? i was looking on afr's site and they said one of these 4 would work but idk which one? do they choose by cam size or what? idk what the "+.100" is either could someone fill me in on what that means and which ones you think i might need thanks for the help



AFR Push Rods, 5/16”, +.100” Long, Set of 16 6601
AFR Push Rods, 5/16”, +.200” Long, Set of 16 6602
AFR Push Rods, 5/16”, +.300” Long, Set of 16 6603
AFR Push Rods, 5/16”, +.400” Long, Set of 16 6604

Pushrod length depends on:
deck height
head gasket choice
any milling you had done on the heads
spring and valve installed height
cam lift
rocker ratio

Thats a lot of variables! Thats why the prefered method is to just measure it. check this link out http://www.jimcookperformance.com/Te...7ValvLash.html Maybe you can check your contact patch currently and if its close go from there. If you current ones are correct, pull another rocker and measure one thats not busted.
