ok i finally got my pushrod length checker, rocker arms and studs. just awaiting guide plates. once i find the right length what size pushrod would be best for my app? i got the gm hardened guide plates. or better yet what size does those particular plates call for

 

If they are GM Performance #3973418 - GM Performance Pushrod Guideplates, the specs published by Summit Racing specify 5/16" diameter pushrods.
