Re: pulls harder in 3rd after 58mm bbk

as soon as it warms up a little i have a cc306 , ported heads , 3200 stall going in .
now it only has a underdrive pulley , coolant bypass , 160 stat.
i heard the obd2 has a problem with higher stalls ..... i wanted to see how it would run with a obd1 anyways...which i should probably put back in ...and the above parts before i try fixing anything.
it just feels weird, first and second pull good , but third almost feels like i hit the n20 ...

I think you think its pulley harder , no pun intended....58 is huge and would only be benificial w/ serious hp

I *think* it's the OBDI that has issues with 3000+ stalls. I have OBDII and a 3200 stall.

i've heard the 58 mm gives gains in any setup , i don't know for sure. i just didn't want to have to get a bigger tb later .
about 2 seconds after third gear shifting at 6000 ... it's enough to put your head back to the headrest.... must be something wrong , thanks for any input, i'll just leave it alone untill i get the other parts installed with a better tune
almost forgot ..... the guy i bought the obd1 from said it was setup for a 3000 stall converter....i'll have to do some searching in the computer section to see who can set it up for what i have

Im failing to see why your car pulling hard or harder in third is a problem.
