Springs depend on the lift. Need to make a cam selection first.
You don't want to get a spring stiffer than you need because it's unneeded wear on the valetrain. If you have a 95 Z28, you have Al. heads

The Combination Motorsport # 612 spring, retainer and lock kit will work fine and require no machining. Less than $100 and requires NO MACHINING. The XE 230/236 (or smaller) will be fine with these springs.
