Program after head swap?

Program after head swap?
I have a '96 Z28 M6. It has a Hotcam kit with PCMFORLESS program. I plan on swapping my stock heads and intake for LT4 units. Will I need to reprogram the PCM afterwards? Also, will I need different injectors( those are stock too)?
