Anyone know if it's possible to take the PCM in to the dealer without the car and re-tune it to factory settings?

 

I doubt you could. But what you could probably do is pick up a cable from AKM for $65 and get a stock file off someone with a 94 auto (or whatever you need) and reprogram it yourself. I think the software to upload the .bin file is free too.
