Did you look to see what the bearings said on them (the bottom side of the bearing)?? Some will require that one side goes on the rod and the other on the cap. If you don't get this right the engine won't spin.

 

The cap is on properly the bearings are in the proper place. its a clearance issue im supposed to have between .0013 and.0032 i believe and the clearance actually is smaller then .001. so i need some undersized bearings i dont understand it but yah know. im going to take the rod to my machien sahop and make sure it is not out of round thanks for all the help guys
