Problem! Vibration in the steering wheel

I recently got a new opti, wires and plugs. I know the guy had to take off the water pump, powing steering, and alternator to get to the dam stuff. When I got my car back, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel, if i'm in neural and I bring the rpms up to about 1500, the steering wheel bounces up and down and shakes. Also at idle, is it normal for the lt1 to shake a little? It seems like it does that more too. Its not a constant shake, on and off. And down low in the rpm band my car still feels like its chugging...i'm just getting frusturated b/c i just spent $1400 and i'd expect everything to be good..this type of stuff keeps me up at night!

He took off alot that should not have had to come off, by power steering do you mean the pump or the rack?

i believe the pump...i think he took off the harmonic balancer too. My car just doesn't run as smooth as it used too, which shouldn't be after all this new stuff

Its possible the opti was forced on, which would screw the timeing up, also might have some wires backward. simple stuff just double check the guys work.

Make sure there are no intake elbow leaks. This will make your engine run rough and shake the wheel.
