Hey guys I did a search on this code and I could not find any answers .

I am having several problems all at one time

I think my water pump is starting to leak on the opti ,
My car also has a ticking noise under load ( some say it is detonation )

But the thing I am trying to figure out right now is my service engine light comes on and Auto Zone scans it as a code 101
and they say it is low voltage to the MAF or VAF circuit

I have replaced my MAF sensor and this light is still coming on

Has anyone ever expierenced this before ?

 

The AUTOTAP WEBSITE has one of the best lists of trouble code. You would have to enter the full code.... "P0101", and you would get back "MAF System Performance". Could mean the MAF sensor is bad, or it could be a wiring problem. Check the pink wire at the MAF connector for +12V with the key in the "on" position. That wire seems to be a problem on a lot of cars.
