How do I cut off the fuel supply?

 

I am also not sure what to do with a SBC oil priming tool once i get the intake off. Could someone give details?

 

When you get the intake off pull the shaft in the rear where the distributor whould be(Takes a 13mm socket). Stick the priming tool in the hole and line it up with the oil pump shaft and turn it with a drill. The objective is to turn the oil pump, which puts pressure to the oil system.
