Unhappy code 16,48,22,72

Im pulled these codes when trying to figure out whats wrong with my 1994
z28 camaro 5.7 liter. How i ended up in this mess is one day i was driving and i noticed smoke from the passenger side. I took a look and it was coming from my cat. I tried taking it to a muffler shop. The guy said it would be useless to put a new cat on cause it would just clog up the new cat. So I drove it back home and gutted the cat, changed spark plugs and wires (checked my firing order 3 times). When I was done it would start an idle but would act like it wanted to die out. So I had the codes pulled at pep boys and got 16,48,22,72. I had it towed to my house, and started knocking away at the promblems. Code 16 is low resolution pulse failure and ive been trying not to replace the distributor cap and rotor. Code 48 mass air flow system failure, the mass air flow sensor is kinda expensive so i pulled it off and just cleaned it. Code 22 throttle position sensor, I replaced the tpi and test drove the car. It ran decent for about 2 blocks then started acting the same hesitating and would not idle right acted like it wanted to shut down, if i tried to let the car sit an idle eventually it would cut off. Code 72 trans output speed sensor, I havent worried about that because I dont think thats the problem. Cars been sitting for some weeks and i tried to start it to let it run and it would start but would not stay on. I already bought the opti and tore down what i needed to replace it but not sure how to remove the pulley right underneath it, I think i have an idea but not sure dont want to damage anything or make things more difficult. any suggestions as to what my problem is for sure, or how to take off that pulley will help.

The picture shows the belt on the damper, just be sure to take it off too.
