Camber is basically the angle (top to bottom) that your tire sits on the road. For instance, + camber would have your tire leaning out more at the top than at the bottom, and - camber is just the opposite. It is also possible that you have a bent strut. I think sears sells inner tie rod tools. If not, your local auto parts store
should have one. Lisle is the most common brand name.

coolant does not glow in uv light
