Since the windows motors like to burn out every now and then i would rather have a manual crank. Has anyone done this conversion? Would the crank just go in place of the motor or is it a completely different setup?

Suggestions please!!

 

I think this is a first... It shouldn't be too hard though, if you get the cranks out of a manual car it'll all fit right in. I think the holes are even there for the cranks. Good luck.

it is easy though. drill out regulator rivits and change entire regulator

replace rivits with 1/4in bolts and locktite
