Unhappy Power loss and rough idle

I just installed Jet Hot LTs and Y pipe with over the valve cover wires on my 1994 Z28. Heres the problem...When i first started driving it after the LT install it was fine but in the last few days when I'm driving under 3000 rpm's it will hesitate sometimes and start bucking...When I am rolling and push in the clutch the rpm's will surge between 1100 and 1400 and settle down.(this didnt happen before the LT's). When i first put the LT's on it idled fine but now it idles really rough and every few seconds it will spike up like a 100 rpm's. I have a ticking/hmmm noise in the speakers that was not there before the LT's. I have looked at the car in the dark and do not see any arching. The coil is only but about 4 months old. When I am crusing down on the highway it fells like it lacking lots of power. The car has 59k on it and the headers have emissions fittings. The only code that i am throwing is code 32 which is EGR failure. I know that i had an intermitnet EGR code before that would cause my ses light to go off. When i was doing the install I did drop a couple of plugs on the ground but all were gaped to spec. I have no idea where to start any suggestions would be a big help.

EGR is the problem. Haven't looked up your code. If it's not answered when I get up tomorrow. I'll look it then.

When the EGR sticks open it causes bad idle and low rpm hesitation.

Would just disconnecting the EGR and then reconnecting it make the EGR stick open? How big of a deal is to get the EGR off?

replacing or cleaning the egr isnt too bad, you can just feel around back there and get the 2 nuts off or you can get one of those little mirrors and look behind your intake with that to take it off.
