i've disassembled my opti and plugged it back in and spun it by hand and kept getting low resolution code and loss inj. pulse.I plugged my old one in and it was interm.so i checked and, cleaned the plugged really good(i have a ltcc kit so i was able to leave it apart and just bolt it on to check)truck fired right up,now i had replaced the opti 2 times and also the short harness from opti to main harness and the truck never started. Now so far no codes, started but did not stay running or rev. Checked fuel pressure with gauge before start up ,40lbs. Looked good, but it sounded like a fuel problem so i pinched off return line at reg.it stayed running.I happen to have a aeroquip adj. reg. laying around so i installed it, the truck stays running but seems to pop a little when throttled .I'am running open headers right now so the o2sensors are'nt reading exact, but no codes so i don't know if thats whats causing it.Just wanted to let everyone know the progress i've made thanks to everyones help.Tomorrows another day, maybe you have an idea with the popping, but i,am just happy that it runs.
