Possibly the Opti?(yes, i've researched)
Possibly the Opti?(yes, i've researched)
about 5-8k, i changed the cap and rotor with a autozone rebuilt one because my car was giving the classic "bad opti" signs. Now my car has severe miss problems again all throughout the rpm range kinda like it does when the opti is screwd up. I changed the plugs today and it helped for about 5minutes and the miss came back again. The plugs on the passenger side were caked in carbon and looked horrible while the plugs on the driver's side looked fairly decent still.
Is it possibe I made a mistake by replacing only the cap and rotor and not the distributor part as well? Anybody else have this experience?
The coil, plugs, and wires are new. The EGR is blocked off. I don't see what else it could be.
