I was wondering if it was possible to get some sort of adapter so that I can Plug a normal electical plug into my car? If so where can I get this?

 

You're looking for a "voltage inverter". You can find them at electronics stores (Radio Shack, Good Guys, etc.) and probably some automotive stores as well.

Just make sure that you get one that is rated above the appliance that you'll be plugging in to it.
