POSI/Limited Slip
What is the proper method of checking it. I want to make sure its not making any noise, and doing proper slip.
I been told to peel out and look for tire marks. I think that method is Getto
Is there any proper method. I want to change it, if its worn out. Dont mind to get SLP take off

The "proper" method is to check the amount of torque it takes to rotate the differential with both wheels off the ground and the transmission in park or in gear. Then again, with one rear wheel on the ground and in transmission in neutral. A special adapter is needed to put on the axle flange, so a torque wrench can be accurately used to measure.
Basically, if you want to try to judge if the posi is holding, with one wheel off the ground and trans in neutral, it should take in the range of 43-67 lb. ft. of torque to turn the raised wheel.

Is it good idea to change the POSI when you get gear install. Or I could do it later. I dont want to do it later. Then find out it making noise and etc ?
