porting intake openings to 58mm

porting intake openings to 58mm
I bought a 58mm TB and was wondering if I had to take my intake to a machine shop to get the opening bored to 58mm or if there is a do it yourself way. How much do you think an average machine would charge for just the openings not porting the actual intake. Thanks
