Polylocks not keeping rockers tight

My gmpp 1.6 rockers mysteriously loosened up on me. All the set screws were still tight but the nuts themselves came loose. I retightened them all and after a day they are chattering a little again. Any ideas on how to keep these tight?

After you tighten the set screw, give the whole polylock/setscrew another ~1/8th turn, thats what really locks it.

Make sure the mounting portion of the roller rock is flat side up. There is a round portion and a flat portion that you can tighten it down on. If you roll the center section of a rocker arm, you will see what i'm talking about. If you have it mounted upside down, you will not get a correct lash on the rocker arms as the flat portion down, will allow them to work down the stud, yet the lock will stay tight. Same thing happened to me. It will also seem like they just never tighten down when this happens.
