Cool

LOL LOL

I would tell whoever told you about that to either lay off the drugs or start sharing with the rest of us. The ECU only controls fuel delivery and spark timming. There is NOTHING you can do to even a poorly tuned car to make it pick up that much power. If you go on Ebay you will see tons of sellers with power chips promising as much as 50 HP. The most you can hope for with a chip is 8-12 HP on a stock engine.

Been a cop for 11 years....never heard of it...companies typically use that term to represent a trim, model package ie, supposedly better suspension (hahaha), interior trim, better cooling (again hahaha) actually heavy duty cooling for oil, power steering in some cases, and those ugly green coolant hoses that always seem to be to short and lets not forget that certified again double hahaha) speedo...had the same caprice for 3 years and the speedo was never right....and by the way the ecms cut the fuel off at 124 mph....dont ask how I know....

Some Police purchased after market tuners for their B4C's, like Hypertech. Which allowed them to raise the rpm and speed limits. But I've never heard of anyone getting an extra 100hp.
