po100 *update*

car has been throwing this code for 2 months now. it comes and goes, and recently has been stayin on even after i pull the pcm fuse or diconnect the battery.
i have done all the DVM readings in the past and everytime it came back fine, well just now i for the hell of it did it again. the yellow wire came back with nothing, but would sometimes just throw a number like 8.65 or something just real quick. seems like the wire could be loose somewhere!
how do i go about finding out what is wrong with this wire?
thanks in advance

update:::::::::::
very frustrated with this thing but found the problem i believe.
everytime i check the voltage on the car, the pink wire comes back with 12 volts. well i decided since i cannot come up with any explanation why the code is being set, i am gonna run a wire from the + battery to the MAF pink wire. well i did, and the car started up the first time and did not have code and the idle was smooth.
so now, how do i go about finding how to fix this? do i run a new wire in the stock location, or can i run a new wire from a different pooint?

Re: po100

on shoeboxes it says to check the Khz and while pressing the throttle i should get @7. well it is jumping all around starting at 5.1 - 9.5 and all this is at idle. when i first started testing it, giving it some throttle it was actually goin down to 4.2 and jump up to 8 then down to 5.

so with that information what do i do next?

the pink wire has 12 volts, the ground is good, the yellow wire has 5 volts.
EDIT : went back out there and plugged it in and got a lil different number this time. at idle they would go anywhere from 3.5 - 7.8. and under load it wasnt much different, actually i couldnt tell a difference

TTT
would like to know if that is normal or what i should do next? i am tempted to just go buy a new MAF and see if that fixes it.
