Dmoor88 what you are talking about he's just making sure peole are aware of the search feature up in here! It does make logical sense for him to post that versus seeing the same post over and over. Good post 95LT16speed!

Re: Please search before you post

ok i have to agree somwhat about the search....but have any of you thought about when you respond to this worthless post your bumping down an "important post" just as well?
the boards are the same no matter where you go what org. what club what ever...people are going to come in and ask a dumb question thats been asked 957 times..and then people are gonna bitch about the search feature...there is nothing that can or will be done to change that....

and yes my worthless response bumped this worthless post back to the top in which another "important' thread got bumped down and possibly to the next page...
but just as the topic starter of this thread thinks this thread is important , so does that new guy that just asked if his factory springs can work with a cc306 with 1.7 rockers and will he lose performance if he leaves in his factory converter with the same cc306

gotta deal with it...

So what have we all learned kids? Be more tolerant, yes use the search but also get used to hearing the same questions over again. When there are novices that use the message board you will certainly get repeats of stupid questions. No one is a pro on every subject so chances are you'll go off & ****-off someone else with a stupid question of your own.

BTW Sorry for keeping this thread going...

Re: Please search before you post

Alright, I'll close this one now because it's getting to be more of a joke with people posting crazy replies. However, 95lt16speed is correct!!! The Search Feature is a VALUABLE tool and should be used and used often! But, with that being said, it doesn't hurt to get new opinions and new ideas on old topics. If everyone took the opinions of the "best cat-back" or "best cold-air" based only upon opinions from those 10 years ago then we wouldn't know about the newer and better products that have come out. So, while there are a lot of common questions out there that get asked a lot, it isn't always a "bad thing" to ask the question again where it is new and fresh... just use good judgement

Re: Please search before you post

If everyone "searched" rather than post, this site would have nothing in it except "which color should I paint my valve covers?"
