I'm considering getting one but looking at the pic on Magnaflow's website, the tips look like they're place too close together. IOW, they seem not far enough out toward the corners and too close to the center.

 

Check my CarDomain page for the rest of the pics, I didn't get any of the install, but it was very simple. The tips are nicely apart, and HUGE too. 3" piping into 3.5" tips. The tips are nice and long too.

I just noticed in that pic that my pipes don't look equally apart, I went out side just now and noticed that the rubber hanger support doesn't fit tight around the hanger. Rubber aparently has started dryrotting allowing the hanger to move about an inch or so.

 

i have magnaflow to but doesnt it seem that the left exhaust tip is farther to the left then the other.

the comment from my page:

This was because we had to move the passenger tip out in order to get it symetrical. For some reason, I think the way the original Magnaflow catback was designed, it was off-center about 2 inches. I think it looks pretty good, just enough different from standard Camaros to make it a little unique"

My Magnaflow is also off center but I think part of it is that the muffler is not quite squarely seated because of the way the over axle pipe is bent.. I'm gonna take mine apart and reset it this spring when I install my TPiS longtubes.
