please help with trouble codes. 13, 29, 41, 48

I have a stock 95 Z28. I recently went through hell with an electrical gremlin in the ignition system. I replaced the icm, coil, and opti. I just went and had my codes read and this is what they were.
13 bank 1 oxygen sensor circuit. I assume this needs to be replaced

29 AIR circuit. Need help with this one please.

41 ignition control open circuit. Is this left over from past issues?

48 mass air flow circuit. Does this mean it is bad? In need of cleaning? Bad connection? Need help here.

The car runs better than ever with the new parts in the ignition system. I get kinda bad has mileage, 19, highway, should it get better?

Finally how do I clear the codes? Thanks!

First, clear the codes by removing the PCM fuse (#8) in the underhood fuse/relay panel for 30 seconds. Then report back on what codes come back.

Ok well since it's a 95 so only a shop can read it and they had to try three readers. My next day off is next Friday. I'll try again then

Anyone with an OBD-I scanner, or free OBD-I scan software, like DataMaster can read it. You will need the correct 16-pin connector, or a 12-pin connector and the jumper wires shown on Shoebox's site.
