please help low coolant light

so if after i switch them and the SES light is still on then that means my sensor is bad?

No.

If you swap them, and the SES light stays on, it could be because you have P0420 or P0430, so it won't tell you anything. As I indicated already, you have to read the code to see where the problem is.
