Please help with BAD low end hesitation w. new engine

Well the shop just got done dropping in my new engine. Looks great and sounds mean as hell. Here are the mods i did.

Eagle Crank
Scat 4340 Rods
Speed Pro pistons
CC305 cam
Comp Valve springs
Comp Hardned Pushrods/ Guidplates
Crane Gold Non-SA roller rockers
Lunati Timmig set
Mac Headers/ Y-pipe

Now here is the problem. The car cranks up good. It idles fine. When you drive it though it has no power what so ever down low. after about 2500 RPM it suddenly clears up and runs fine. When you get on the gas down low it pops back through the intake. It seems to be running really rich at low rpm. What do you think it is?

Thnks
Shawn

Sounds like a timing issue, or your rockers need to be re-adjusted.

Do you have stock injectors still? What kind of tune do you have?

Yep stock injectors and stock tune. I am waiting on a PCMFORLESS tune but i really don't think that is it. I have heard people running this cam with out any tunning.

Thanks
