Please help; misifring/backfiring; odd spark pattern; video
This winter I did wire tuck, which required me to extend a lot of wires, also did battery relocation, moved vacuum ports to the back of the intake, some bolt ons and cosmetic stuff. Now the car is misfiring bad and cutting out and backfiring. I am also getting a SES code P0122 (TPS low voltage). Here is a list of parts I have tried replacing with no success: Opti, plugs, wires, ICM, coil, MAP, TPS, and the PCM. My batt has a 1/0 cable from + to motor, 1/0 from motor to frame, and 1/0 from frame to -. Now check out these two videos below of my plugs firing. The first video is what cylinders 4&6 are doing. The rest are just like the second video.

Im guessing my problem must be in the wiring/grounds somewhere? Also, I used the same cap & rotor on each opti, although the cap & rotor looked to be in great condition.
With my multimeter I have tested several things...
ICM connector key on: green-11.6, black-0, white-0, pink-11.6
In AC while cranking: white-1.7-2.3
TPS idle voltage-.74, it increased proportionally to 4.58 at WOT.
I have ohm tested the injectors, as well as tested the injector wiring with a noid light.
Ive checked for vacuum leaks and can't find any.
I used the beeping feature to check continuity in the opti harness and it checked out OK.
Key on coil: green-11.5, pink-0
opti connector: red/black-5, purple/white-5, red-11.5, pink/black-0
I ohmed the IAC: ~52 ohms
Put an extra ground wire from the block to the ICM/coil bracket..
The only thing I can think of is that cap & rotor is bad for some reason but that would not explain my TPS code. Or my wiring is messed up somewhere, but I dont know what or where else to check on the wiring?? PLEASE help

What wires did you "extend"? Was the TPS harness one of them?
Did you check the TPS voltage at the TPS or at the end of the ECM harness where the PCM picks up the reading?
