Angry Plastice HVAC "T" keeps cracking!

How do yall keep that little plastic "T" with the check valve from cracking every few months? I'm talking about the one by the PCM with three vacuum lines running from it. It is driving me crazy! Would heat shielding tape work maybe?

There seems to be some that have trouble with it repeatedly breaking. Perhaps one of the lines has some tension and is pulling on it? Mine only broke when I accidentally hit it with something. I was able to repair it.

It cracks lengthwise everytime, like it is getting hot expanding and then splitting like an overcooked hotdog?

I posted about this a while ago. It took me three HVAC VCV's before I got it right. I bought my final VCV and relocated it to the other side of the PCM wires. My theory on the culprit was that the valve was mounted too close to the manifolds. Anyway, long story short, just tug the hoses a bit and move it to the other side of the PCM wires. Mine's lasted a few months so far by doing this.
