place for a diagnose
Either buy a scanner or take it to a garage you trust. i dont have the money right now for a scanner so, i take my cars to a local garage, and everyone around here trust the guy, but i just dont trust franchise car care garages
In this day and age, I think it is safe to say that just about every shop has a scanner or has access to one. As stated above, take it somewhere that you trust personally or have gotten a good feedback from others.
Since you have a 95, most places are going to get confused when they attempt to attach a scanner. The 95 has an OBD-II ALDL connector, but it runs an OBD-I PCM. Most places see the OBD-II connector, hook up an OBD-II scanner, and then tell you there's something wrong with your computer because the scanner can't scan it. You need to find a shop that has an OBD-I scanner, with the correct adapter plug to allow it to connect to your ALDL connector.
