I am in the middle of rebuilding the engine,for now i am going NA with a LE 1 combo.
I have brought the engine to a local engine rebuild shop overhere and asked for forged pistons. (preffering Mahle)
Today i was vissiting the shop and they showed me the pistons they have ordered.

is anyone familiar with this brand? it says Mahle on the bottem side of the piston.

The ACL piston appears to have a moly skirt coat added.

 

I believe that my bearings are ACL race series. They come with rotating assembly kits from A.I. along with compstar and Mahle
