Pins #15 & #31 on "Black" connector to PCM

These are the Battery Feed Wires for the PCM, Where do they get their power from?

He tells you right here....

Was there power coming into that fuse?

If not, then you have a wiring problem between the battery and fuse.

If yes, and the fuse is good, then you have a wiring problem between the fuse and the PCM.

All of my fuses are good, i put the test light to the ground and then onto the fuse, and the light lights up. I go to the PCM wires to do this and the light does not illuminate. WTH?

You did check that the fuse is not blown, right?

If so, then you might want to read what that guy said in post #5.

This is not keyed power.

Check out his other thread on the same subject:

Not sure why you started another whole thread on this subject. I told you where the power came from in the other thread (reiterated by quote in post #2 of this thread). You don't seem to want to listen.

You now have 4 threads on the lack of power to the PCM and 3 threads on the fuel pump schematic.

NO MORE DUPLICATE (or triplicate or quadrupicate) THREADS!

You have been warned.
