Pin hole leak in coolant line

Alright, I just got back from my friends house and when I turned my car off in the drive way i noticed it was steamin alittle from under the hood. I popped the hood and smelled collant being burned and couldn't find out where it was coming from. Upon farther investigation I saw a pin hole leak in the small coolant line, right near te rubber intake elbow it was squeeking coolant onto the exhaust manifold. I temp. fixed it by just tying a piece of cloth around the hole. This hole is very small, is there anything I can put on this line to fix it instead of buying a brand new line?

Why half *** a problem that will only get bigger and worse with time? Just buy a new coolant line.

Well I was planning on buying a new coolant hose, this was just going to be a temp fix so I can still srive the car. Anyway I rapped the hole with electrical tape and put a hose clamp around it and so far it is working fine. I do need a part number on this hose. It's the hose that comes out of the top left of the water pump and has the bleeder valve on it. Anyone know this part number, Shoebox?
