Can someone please take a pic, or show me a pic of a dipstick that that you have in your splayed 4 bolt main? I know that all of you have said to bend it, but I cant seem to get mine bent enough to get it in. Thanks a lot.

 

My engine builder used a different headed bolt by the dipstick..I still had to bend it a lil but it made it alot easier..

I just have a handle plugging mine. I keep my dipstick in the garage.

 

I have the dipstick tube in the block, I just cant get the actual dipstick to go in without hitting the main cap. I know it needs to hit the main, and the drop in, but I just cant seem to get the right bend to do it.

 

Can anyone get me a pic of the dipstick? Please I need to see how much oil I have.

 

can you not count the empty containers?

 

just cut the bottom of the tube off leave like an inch of the tube in the engine thats what i did no leaks

I did cut the tube off, the tube is in the moter. I just cant get the actual dipstick in the car. I dont know how to bend it.

 

Anyone, Please. I just need a simple Picture. I know that one of you with this done has a digital camera, or a regular one and a scanner. Please Help a fellow LT1 brother out. I need to see how much oil is in my car. Thanks a lot.
