Picked up an 95 Z28 Vert

And i wish i had a list of all the things done to it. I know for sure it has a very very lopey cam, 3200 stall, 3.73's. It supposedly has ported heads and intake but who knows. My main question is are there any good dyno tuning shops in Northeastern Pa? I would love to have it dyno'd and see what its putting down and if any improvements can be made.

I've had a lot of work done at Second Street Speed in Perkasie, PA ("eastern", but not "northeastern"). They have both an engine dyno and a Dynojet chassis dyno. They have extensive experience building and tuning LT1's, up to and in excess of 1,000HP. The only question would be whether they still have the tuning software for the stock PCM. My setup uses an aftermarket ECU.

Appreciate the reply. I will give them a call today to inquire. God i hope so. Last owner put 18's in the rear and the speedo isnt giving me a true speed. If i had to guess its off by 10+ mph

The diameter of the wheels does not affect the speedometer. It's the diameter of the tire that makes the difference. As long as you match the new tire diameter to the stock tire diameter, your speedo will not be affected. Stock tires were either 235/55-17 (26.1") or 245/50-27 (25.7"). What size tires do you have now? A 285/35-18 (25.9") would cause very little speedo error.

The error will not be a "constant", it will be a percentage.

Hopefully they had it reprogrammed for the 3.73:1 rear axle. The A4 automatic cars came stock with 2.73 (RPO GU2) or 3.23 (GU5 performance rear axle) gears. If they swapped from 3.23 to 3.73 the speedo would read 15% higher than actual speed, or about 69 MPH indicated at a true speed of 60 MPH.
