Cam motion solid roller 263/270. TFS heads with Ferra 2.08/1.60 valves, +.100" lenghth. Dont know the spring manufacturer actually. I had the heads built by TEA and they list them as TF springs which I know for a fact they dont actually make them. anyway they are 1.550 OD springs, set up to 1.950" height, with comp +.050" ti retainers and Comp .080 lash caps. 225LBS on the seat and I think it was 580lbs open (i cant remember the exact open pressure but thats close to it) Running Jesel Sportsman Series Shaft mount rockers, 1.60 ration on I and E. Manton series 5, 3/8" pushrods (on order now). Valve lift is .686" Intake and .674" exhaust with the 1.6 rocker. and I picked up a set of barely used com endurex lifters off of here.

not running yet but should be soon.

Old setup, cam motion solid roller, 255/263 657/628 on 110 ls. LT1 heads with 2.0.1.57 + .100 valves. comp endure-x lifters, comp 1.52 roller lifters, isky springs..can't remember the spring number. Changed to lt4 heads with 2.05, 1.57 valves and kept everything the same other than the head change for a little while then changed to Jesel sportsman shaft mounts with 1.6 on the int/exh.

New setup..everything in valvetrain is the same except got a bigger solid roller that futral motorsports speced out and went to crane 999 springs.

Pretty standard setup I would do

The most important part Springs:

Isky Tool Room "Gold Stripe" Springs (99X5 Series)
Comp 26000 Pro PAC Series (PAC Made these Previously)

Either with a Nice Ti Retainer or better off some trick Steel Lightweight Retianers (This are usually mucho bucks but never need replacement where Ti stuff will)

Lifters:

Comp EndureX
Isky Red Zone

Pushrods:

3/8th at the smallest

Comp Hi Tech
Trend
Manton
Smith Brothers

Rockers:

Jesel, T&D or DRE Shaft Mounts

You can also get by with stud mount rockers with a stud girdle but I would make sure you have top notch parts in this setup to pull it off.

Cam: Whatever fits, Billet Core Only due to the spring pressures.

would LE3 LT1 heads flow fine for a SR setup, or would u recommend AFRs or something? I know we have previously talked about this, but I forgot.

They will work great Clint is actually running a setup like that this year... most times on a LE SR setup that's the type of parts being used.

Thanks everyone!

I noticed some people have +.100" vavles, does this help with getting a better install height?

Thanks everyone again!
