my 95 impala ss will run but can not connect with my computer tried to connect but get a no respones to pcm checked all fuses and changed computers and cable and still not working any help will be good. car is running good just need to change program for gears and stall.

I'm not familar with the Impala. Does it have a 16 pin OBD connector? Does pin 16 have +12v? On the Z28 it's fused by the cigarette lighter fuse.

I'm using the ALDL Diag 16 pin cable (OBDI), and had a "No Connect" problem, which turned out to be that fuse. It powers the serial converter circuit built into the cable.
