PCM Forless and AKM cables........

I just got through doing business with these guys and I gotta say I was impressed. Thanks for all you guys referring me to them. Bryan at PCM was quick as hell and I got numerous emails from him.

As for Andrew at AKM. He was easy to contact and I musta sent him 10 emails and he responded to me instantly. By accident he sent me the wrong cable. The next thing I knew I had a message on my cell phone and an email with a tracking number that the new one was sent.

If everyone ran their business like that life would be great. Good job guys!!

Yep I have dealt with Bryan a couple times, and AKM cables once and they both were great.

Yea bryan is a way cool guy.

Andrew is the $hit though when it come's to service.. He sent me a cable before I could pay him cause I was waiting to confirm my paypal account when I first signed up and I really needed the cable. So he sent me the cable and everything before I even gave him a dime Now that's TRUST AND SERVICE

I haven't dealt with PCMforless (although I may be soon), but I can definitely vouch for Andrew being a great guy. We lived in Atlanta at the same time and were in the local f-body club there and he is an outstanding guy. I've dealt with him several times on cables and he is the best as far as customer service goes. Although it would be nice to think I was getting "special" treatment since we've known each other for a while, it sounds like he treats everyone one in the same great fashion.

I was having a bad day. JC sent me a huge shipment that I had cancelled prior. Then I got the wrong cable. It was refreshing to get service faster than I could ask for it.
