My 1994 Z28 keeps blowing the PCM BAT fuse as soon as I try putting a new fuse in. Are there any other circuits besides the PCM that is hooked up to that fuse that I should look for in trying to chase down this short?

The wire for that fuse goes through the firewall behind the PCM. It also powers the instrument cluster, and the theft deterrent module as well as the PCM.
