Patriot Springs?

Ive been looking into the cc503 cam and was wondering how these springs hold up. It's a DD that sees occasional drag racing, so im looking for springs that will last....I cant find much info on the Patriot springs. Also to add, I have SA 1.6RR's so i need springs that will work with those
Also I'd like opinions on the crane 10308 springs. They're becoming hard to find but I've read a lot of positive things about them

I didn't really find anything helpful, nor does that link.....I know there were some people that didn't like these springs so I figured I'd ask to see if there were any recent dis-likes about the springs and I would like to know if they last as long as other brands since they're going in a daily driver.

And to answer Brian's question.....It is my Daily Driver but it makes it to the track 7 or 8 times a year, just to have fun...As far as suspension, it's all stock as of now. We just installed Lower Control Arms and a Torque Arm on a friends 00' TA with sub-frame connector soon to be added and I like that setup

You didn't find this helpful?
The BEST set up will be the Patriot Gold Extreme springs. They are springs, retainers, locks, locators and seals all in one kit. They are $275 plus $10 shipping thru Patriot.

Lloyd Elliott
Good luck.... you're going to need it.

The Patriot springs don't last long at all, they are pretty cheap material which is easily apparent when you consider that quality springs from Isky, Comp, or PAC are going to cost $400 for just the springs, yet you can get the Patriot springs WITH Ti retainers for only $250

My personal experience with them has shown that they fatigue quickly, a major drop in pressure right off the bat along with spring sagging.

Very interesting and eye-opening observation.
