What is this part on my valve cover connected to my throttle cable?

I dont need it. I got traction control tuned out of my PCM.

Technically - "Adjuster - Accelerator Control / Cruise Control Servo Cable"

If it still has the throttle cable attached, meaning the pedal is moving the TCS servo drum and the drum is actuating the throttle, when you delete the TCS servo, you will need a new cable from the pedal assembly to the throttle body. You will also lose cruise control, unless you get a new cable to run from the cruise control module to the throttle body.

I looked for non TCA throttle cables, but of course they are not available anymore. Do I have any options or am I better off leaving it alone?

Check Hawks Motor sports or spend some time in the yards if you really want to delete it.
